Church

Begin your journey together at the New Jerusalem Church. Built in 1880, by the Jasper Colony of the Swedenborgian Society, the church is located in the beautiful rolling countryside of rural Iowa, just minutes from the historic Amana Colonies. The Church served as the center of religion in Lenox Township, Iowa for several decades and today is maintained by descendents of the original church members. The Church will accommodate up to 120 guests and can be tastefully decorated to your satisfaction. The one hundred and thirty year old bell in the bell tower still works. Ring the bell when the ceremony is over, and everyone in the valley will know a new bride and groom have just begun a their life together.
